We are Latine leaders across all sectors who join together to create innovative strategies to drive and define policies and perceptions that advance Latine collective influence, success and power.
We bring together Minnesota Latine leaders from across the state, that include various ethnicities, generations, and working sectors to have a greater social impact through collaboration, power building, and leadership development.
We strive to increase our knowledge on pressing issues facing Latines in Minnesota, spotlight successes, and cultivate LatinoLEAD as a respected force of influence.

¿Cómo avanzamos? How do we move forward? This question sits at the heart of the Latine experience in Minnesota. For too long, our voices were only remembered when it benefited others.
LatinoLEAD was founded to change that—to ensure Latine stories are heard, celebrated, and central to the progress of our state.

Our Roots
LatinoLEAD began in 2013 as the vision of three pioneering Latine leaders who saw the need for a unified, cross-sector network to elevate Minnesota’s Latine community.
What started as a small circle has flourished into a statewide coalition of more than 10,000 leaders—spanning generations, professions, and identities—who are committed to building a future where Latines shape their own narratives and drive meaningful change.
