More about our Speakers:

Dr. Richard "Rick" Hudnett has a wide range of professional experience. With a vast background in sales and marketing developed over time from numerous Fortune 500 companies, he provides his expertise currently in his role as Assistant Director at Nova Southeastern University in Orlando. His teaching background as a Business Adjunct Professor expands across a few universities.


Outside of teaching, Dr. Hudnett loves to spend time with his family, as they are truly his joy and inspiration in life.

Juan C. Borrero Gomez has an extensive background in driving solutions, developing and improving processes by streamlining and implementing new ways of operations. In addition, he has become an adjunct faculty instructor for Harris Stowe State University in St. Louis, MO, and Everglades University in Orlando, FL, teaching courses in Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, and International Business.


Juan offers a breadth of knowledge as the President and CEO of Icon Improvement Consultants LLC. In this role, he also consults with companies to improve their business performance.
