LatinoLEAD is a dynamic network driven by a single, unifying purpose: to ensure that Latine culture, labor, and leadership serve as the guiding forces for our state's progress. We exist to turn individual ambition into collective, systemic power.

Our Roots | Nuestras Raíces
In 2013, three steadfast Latine leaders recognized a critical gap in Minnesota: a lack of unified, cross-sector spaces designed explicitly for our community’s professional and civic advancement. They envisioned a statewide network where our heritage was leveraged as a strategic asset.
What began as a small, focused circle has flourished into a powerful coalition of more than 5,000 Latine leaders, students, and advocates. Spanning every industry—from corporate boardrooms to grassroots nonprofits—our network represents the vibrant diversity of Latinidad across the state.
Today, our roots run deep. We have evolved from a local gathering into Minnesota’s premier hub for Latine executive development, policy advocacy, and community building. Estamos construyendo un legado. We are building a legacy of power, equity, and representation that will sustain our community for decades to come.
