LatinoLEAD Welcomes Associate Director Ryan Mulso to the Team!



Posted: February 16, 2021 LatinoLEAD is thrilled to welcome Ryan Mulso to his new role as Associate Director. Ryan will officially join LatinoLEAD next week. This is a new position for the organization and a testament to the network’s hard work and dedication to growth. In collaboration with Irma, Ryan will serve as a crucial link to our membership. He will facilitate and coordinate LatinoLEAD’s workgroups, action teams and programs. He will also help develop processes and systems to support members, partners and volunteers. Ryan has extensive experience working for an organization with an impactful mission that has experienced significant growth over the past several years. He is leaving his role as national training associate for Educators 4 Excellence (E4E) to work for LatinoLEAD. Ryan started working for E4E in 2014 and has been instrumental in the nonprofit’s growth and program development. The LatinoLEAD selection committee was impressed with Ryan’s experience and success in developing leadership training programs at the national level. He built from scratch an online curriculum resource for 35,000 members and 80 staff at E4E. He also hosted more than 100 training sessions over the past 5 years with nearly one thousand participants. The selection committee also saw tremendous value in his ability to lead community outreach initiatives which he did for several years at E4E. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and was a policy fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
